Adam Rasmussen, BIM Technician

Adam Rasmussen joined Eskuche Associates in June 2012 as a BIM Technician.  Prior to joining, Adam worked at Wilkus Architects designing and modeling numerous commercial restaurants including the Caribou Coffee and Chipotle Mexican Grill, a LEED Platinum Certified design. He has experience creating construction documents, color boards for material selection for presentations, and he has conducted existing building surveys to produce “As-Built” drawings. Adam extensive knowledge in CAD, SketchUp, EcoDesigner, BIMx, MEP Modeler and Artlantis. He enjoys creating 3D photo realistic renderings and animations for clients. 

Adam Rasmussen attended the University of Minnesota for architecture and landscape architecture. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and he has a minor in Business Management.

Adam resides in Minnetonka with his wife Marcy and their dog Gromit.  In his spare time, he enjoys riding road bicycles, partakes in DIY home improvements and he is a self-proclaimed tech-junkie.

  1. Delivery Time Frame

 

 

We strive to have all orders shipped within two business days. If, on occasion, it requires more than two business
days to process and ship your order, or in the unlikely event that the plan you order is out of stock, you will be

  1. Free Ground Shipping Limitations

 

 

All individual orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground delivery free of charge and only to
addresses located in the contiguous United States. All shipping must be a physical address and cannot be a PO
BOX.

 

 
  1. Next Day or 2nd Day Air Shipping

 

 

If a customer requests expedited delivery of their order via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, the entire cost of shipping
will be paid by the customer and NO credit SHALL be given for same.

 

  
  1. Electronic Shipping

 

 

If a customer orders a PDF or CAD file, the designer has the right to send these files electronically. At the
customer's request, the designer will send a hard copy of the file/s via Standard U.S. Mail.

 

  
  1. Shipping Carriers

 

All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). All P.O. Box deliveries will be
shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

 
 

 
  1. Return Shipments by Shipper

 

If your order is returned to us by the shipper because of an invalid address or no one is available for delivery, we
will not refund any shipping charges. This is NOT to be confused with our "Return" policy which states that we
shall not accept returns.

 

 

  
  1. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Island Residents

 

Free shipping is not available to these locations. The cost for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin
